How to Get Started with Aqua-Tots

If you're looking to get involved with Aqua-Tots, you'll need to follow these steps:

    Fill Out Form
    After receiving your initial interest form, we’ll reach out to hear more. If we share a mutual interest in moving forward, we’ll proceed with the next steps.

    Initial Phone Call
    We’ll arrange a phone call with Aqua-Tots Development Director John Garry to ensure common goals and feasibility, answer questions, and ensure you are equally excited about your new franchise's potential.

    Answer Some Questions
    After our initial phone call, we’ll send you our Confidential Questionnaire. Simply fill it out and submit it online to move forward!
  4. 4
    FDD Review
    You will receive the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Please sign the acknowledgement of receipt form, which the Federal Trade Commission requires, send it back to us, and review the form for information about our franchise.

    Call with Our
    Co-Founder
    We will schedule follow-up phone calls with John and Aqua-Tots Co-Founder Paul Preston to determine potential territory and business structure.

    Talk with Our Owners
    You’ll have the opportunity to speak with our existing franchise owners to learn more about their experience with Aqua-Tots, ask questions, and gain additional insights into the industry.

    Call with CEO and COO
    They will review our support team structure, new school launch process, and answer the questions you have about being an Aqua-Tots franchise owner.

    Decision Day in Arizona
    You’ll be invited to attend a Decision Day at Aqua-Tots Franchise Headquarters in Mesa, Arizona. We’ll get to know each other, and you'll meet our executive team, heads of training, marketing, and operations, as well as our franchise support team. It's a great opportunity to confirm that your decision is the right one.

    Final Agreements
    Once these steps are complete and a mutual commitment is achieved, you will be invited to join the Aqua-Tots family as a franchise owner. Together, we will execute agreements and engage our in-house brokerage to negotiate your school’s location.
