That's why we offer comprehensive training and ongoing support to all of our swim school owners, starting from day one. From site selection assistance to marketing support, we provide our franchisees with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to run successful swim schools.

Initial Training and Launch Support

We don't send you into the deep end on your own. Our team is committed to guiding you through our opening process. After you sign on as a franchise owner, we provide:

• New Franchise Owner Training: As a franchise owner, you'll receive in-depth training that covers all aspects of running a successful swim school. After spending a week at Aqua-Tots University in Mesa, Arizona, you'll have the knowledge and skills to effectively implement our proven business model.
• School Operations and Aquatics Training: We provide in-depth training on day-to-day operations and our specialized aquatics curriculum. This ensures that you and your staff are well-prepared to deliver high-quality swim lessons and maintain a safe, fun learning environment.
• Site Selection and Construction Support: Our preferred broker assists in finding the best location for your swim school, considering demographic data, population trends, and comparative school performance analysis. Once a site is secured, our dedicated construction consultant coordinates a smooth build-out process, working with preferred architects, your general contractor, and vendors.
• New School Launch Support: We offer comprehensive support during the critical launch phase, covering construction, operations, and marketing. Our experienced team provides on-site field support during your school's opening to ensure a successful start.

Ongoing Training and Development

Once you get swimming, we're still here to support your growth and success. Our ongoing training and development opportunities include:

• Regular Training Summits: We host General Manager Summits and Aquatic Manager Summits to keep your key staff updated on best practices and industry trends. These events provide valuable networking opportunities and foster continuous improvement.
• School Connect Calls: Frequent calls with the general managers, aquatic managers, and local marketing coordinators ensure your team stays connected with the latest updates and strategies from the Aqua-Tots headquarters.
• Annual Events: Our Annual Owners Forum, Regional Round Tables, and Leadership Summit provide opportunities for franchise owners and school leadership to share insights, discuss challenges, and collaborate on solutions to drive our brand forward.
• Marketing Support: Our experienced marketing team is committed to helping your swim school succeed by offering quarterly campaigns, in-school collateral, coordinator training, digital strategy, PR assistance, custom graphics, and branding, all guided by your dedicated marketing specialists.
